Oxerra’s Granumat® automatic dosing systems are designed to meter and transport the Granufin™ range of pigments ready to dispense into a concrete mixer.
Due to simple gravity or low-profile fluidizing tubes, the granules require no further transport mechanism to flow into the metering chamber and pneumatic transport system. The free-flowing nature of Granufin allows for a compact dispensing system as well as installation far away from the concrete mixer.
After weighing the individual colour components for each recipe in the balance unit, the full batch is then pneumatically conveyed into a cyclone with a dust extraction filter positioned above the concrete mixer.
