COLOURS
Ti-Pure™ R-101 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is excellent for high-temperature plastics applications requiring outstanding dispersibility and lowest possible volatility. The grade is a fine, dry, white powder.
Ti-Pure™ R-103 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. Its high opacity and very blue undertone tint produces clean, bright whites at low loadings in clear resins and those having natural colour. Ti-Pure™ R-103 is specially formulated to reduce discolouration of resin compounds and finished plastic products during processing and exposure to ultraviolet light.
Ti-Pure™ R-104 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is specifically designed to give outstanding melt flow with highly loaded thermoplastics masterbatches. Ti-Pure™ R-104 combines high tinting strength and blue undertone. Ti-Pure™ R-104 offers excellent lacing resistance in high-temperature extrusion coating and cast film applications. Ti-Pure™ R-104 is supplied as a fine, dry, white powder.
Ti-Pure™ R-105 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process that produces a bright TiO2. Rutile titanium dioxide is the most widely used white pigment. Ti-Pure™ R-105 is specially designed for outdoor plastic applications, combining neutral undertone with moderate opacity strength for easy color formulation work. Silica encapsulation technology minimizes the interaction of the TiO2 surface with other materials within the plastic matrix. Ti-Pure™ R-105 also is treated with an organic-based material to provide excellent bulk flow and processing while minimizing the hygroscopic nature of inorganically coated TiO2.
Ti-Pure™ R-350 is designed to exceed today’s expectations for a titanium dioxide and set tomorrow’s standard in plastics formulations. The product is designed for formulators searching for a single grade of TiO2 with performance covering a broad range of plastics end uses. R-350 provides a matchless combination of excellent dispersion and processing, minimal volatile content, minimal interaction with polymer additives, durability and the brightness only a chloride-produced rutile TiO2 can provide. R-350 is the only TiO2 available that can offer such an exceptional set of properties.
Ti-Pure™ R-706 is a universal rutile titanium dioxide pigment, manufactured by the chloride process, that is designed to deliver both high gloss and excellent durability in coatings. This outstanding combination of end-use performance properties makes it a versatile pigment in solvent and waterborne systems for architectural, industrial, and automotive applications.
Ti-Pure™ R-960 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process for use in applications requiring outstanding chalk resistance, gloss retention, and tint retention. In addition to excellent exterior durability, Ti-Pure™ R-960 provides very good dispersion with excellent hiding power and colour acceptance.
Ti-Pure™ TS-4657 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment, manufactured by the chloride process. It is a brighter grade with the right cost/performance ratio for a wide range of printing technologies and product applications. Ti-Pure™ TS-4657 is a viable alternative to sulfate offerings. It can also be blended for long print runs or applications that are very sensitive to abrasion.
Ti-Pure™ TS-6300 is a specialty TiO2 designed for mid to high quality flat (matte) architectural coatings. It provides improved dry hiding power and quality consistency in a wide range of flat architectural coatings while maintaining film integrity. TS-6300 is a highly surface treated rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process, delivering exceptional brightness and maximum hiding power.
